After your Discovery Session is completed and I feel that I can help you achieve your weight loss goals I will then provide you with a Food Analysis. A Food Analysis allows me to pinpoint what foods could be holding you back or why you are struggling with your weight. It also allows me to take a closer look at the foods you enjoy eating to help incorporate them into a Lifestyle Plan for you.
